THE WORX Roof Maintenance Program
Scope of Service: By enrolling in the Roof Worx Inc.
The Worx Maintenance Program, you agree to receive an annual maintenance service that includes two thorough examinations of your entire roof for signs of damage, wear, or potential issues.
Maintenance Services: The maintenance service includes the replacement of (4) pipe collars, caulking of exposed nails, caulking of up to (2) chimneys and well flashings, correcting nail pops, caulking of up to (2) skylights, 1 gutter cleaning per year, and resealing of gutter miters as deemed necessary by Roof Worx Inc.
Payment: The cost of
The Worx Maintenance Program is $399.00 annually or $39.99 per month. Payment is due in full upon enrollment for the yearly plan or on a monthly basis for the monthly plan.
Benefits: The Worx Maintenance Program provides an extensive maintenance plan, covering multiple aspects of your roof's upkeep, including additional services such as chimney caulking, beyond the basic maintenance.
Usage of Funds: 100% of the yearly expense paid for
The Worx Maintenance Program will be deducted from the price of a new roof at the time of service, serving as a credit towards any future full roof replacement services provided by Roof Worx Inc.
Cancellation: Customers may cancel their enrollment in
The Worx Maintenance Program at any time. However, refunds will not be issued for partial periods already paid.
Renewal: The Worx Maintenance Program will automatically renew on an annual or monthly basis, depending on the selected payment plan, unless canceled by the customer.
Limitation of Liability: Roof Worx Inc. shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to consequential, indirect, or incidental damages, arising out of or in connection with
The Worx Maintenance Program.
Modification of Terms: Roof Worx Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes prior to their renewal date.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Roof Worx Inc. operates.
By enrolling in The Worx Maintenance Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
