Recording Overview:
Thank you for joining us on the Roof Worx Podcast! Here’s what you can expect during the recording:

  • Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled recording time. This will give us time to get settled and ensure everything is set up for a smooth session.
  • Recording Duration: The recording typically lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour. We’ll have a conversation about your business, experiences, and anything else that ties into our community focus.
  • Format: Our podcast is conversational, so feel free to share stories, insights, and thoughts. We’ll guide the discussion with a flexible outline, but spontaneity is welcome!
  • B-Roll Options: If you’d like, we can shoot additional B-roll footage at your job site, in your office, or right here in our studio. This extra footage can enhance the episode and provide more visual content for promotion.

Tips for a Successful Interview:

  • Be Yourself: Authenticity is key. Speak naturally, and don’t worry if you need to pause or rephrase something—we can edit the final recording.
  • Highlight Your Story: Think about any anecdotes or experiences that highlight your journey, expertise, or connection to the community. These make for engaging content!
  • Stay Engaged: The best conversations come from active listening and responding. Feel free to ask questions back or dive deeper into a topic.
  • Preparation: Review the notes we’ve provided ahead of time to get familiar with the topics we’ll cover, but don’t stress—this is meant to be a relaxed and enjoyable conversation.

Tech Requirements:
We’ve got the technical side covered! We use high-quality cameras and microphones in our studio to ensure the best audio and video quality.

What to Wear:
Wear whatever makes you comfortable and represents you best. If you have branded apparel, feel free to wear it or bring anything else you’d like to showcase.

Location Flexibility:
While our primary recording location is our studio, we’re flexible! If you prefer, we can meet you on-site at your job location or in your office to capture B-roll footage.
